Michael LoStocco is a vice president with PGIM Real Estate and a member of the FHA Underwriting and Agency Deal Management teams. His focus is on affordable housing deals in both capacities.
Michael is a MAP approved Underwriter, with expertise in underwriting and structuring complex 4% bond/LIHTC deals having multiple layers of governmental assistance. Since joining PGIM Real Estate in 2017, Michael has obtained approximately $800 million in FHA and Agency financing commitments. He is also a team leader for the firm’s Agency Affordable Strategy.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2017, Michael was a Deputy Director at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where he was instrumental in the roll out of the city’s mandatory inclusionary housing program.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Community & Regional Planning from Temple University and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans. Michael is member of the MBA’s FHA and LIHTC Committees. He is a founding member of the Eastern Lender’s Association Emerging Professional’s Group and active in several mentorship programs at PGIM Real Estate and Prudential Financial, Inc.
Michael is based in Newark, NJ.
