The Need for a Long-Term Trusted Relationship

PGIM first established dialogue with Port of Tyne in 2018, and over the years have continued to share views about long-term investments. In 2023, we provided £45 million Senior Secured Notes with a maturity of 10 years.

Our investment positions the Port to plan decades ahead and supports regional jobs and prosperity for Northeast England and the broader UK.
