Anthony Ma is an Executive Director in the Direct Lending Group, located in Los Angeles. He is part of a team responsible for originating and underwriting middle-market direct lending investments, managing the portfolio, and supporting the firm’s fundraising efforts. He initially joined PGIM in 2009 and then returned in 2019. Anthony received a BS and a BA from The University of California Berkeley.

- Underwrote the financing of Mill Rock’s LBO of Trojan Lithograph Corp. and supported the follow-on acquisition of All Packaging Company to create Mill Rock Packaging
- Helped finance three Kainos Capital transactions including Whisps, Olde Thompson, and Nutrisystem
