Alvin Chan is an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and head of Asia for the Real Estate Securities Team. Based in Singapore. Alvin is in charge of managing PGIM’s Global REIT securities portfolios focusing on Asian public securities. His responsibilities include fundamental investment research, securities analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining PGIM in 2016, Alvin worked at BlackRock where he was equities analyst in the global real estate securities team. Before that, he was Senior Analyst at Principal Global Investors and Lasalle Investment Management. Alvin started his investment career as an Equity Research Associate with UBS in Singapore. Prior to that, he was a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. Alvin is fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese).
