Career Programs
PGIM Fixed Income offers an entry-level, three-year program with opportunities that are aligned to a variety of career tracks within the business. The program tracks are within our Business Support, Client Advisory, Credit Research, Portfolio Analysis, and Technology Solutions groups.
The PGIM Fixed Income Summer Internship Program provides students (rising seniors) with 10-weeks of hands-on technical training, business exposure, networking, and classroom training. At the conclusion of the 10-week program, interns with strong performance feedback may be given an offer to return for their area’s full time program.
The Full-Time programs are designed to build leadership, technical, and strategic capabilities that will enable our entry-level talent to be successful throughout their careers. At the start of their career in fixed income, recent college graduates engage in a combination of classroom education, practical work experience, projects, and coaching to develop specialized skills needed to take on various roles in the business.
Credit Research
Analyst program designed to teach fundamental, fixed-income investment analysis with a goal of assessing value within capital structures and across industries to identify investments that will generate superior returns for our clients. Analysts in this program will work closely with a senior research analyst and partner with a portfolio manager to invest client funds.
