Career Programs
PGIM Fixed Income offers an entry level, early talent program with opportunities that are aligned to a variety of career tracks within the business. The program tracks are within our Credit Research, Portfolio Analysis, Client Advisory, Business Support/Operations, and Technology Solutions groups. We also offer 10-week summer internship programs and 2-day sophomore externship programs.
Our Full-Time programs are designed to build leadership, technical, and strategic capabilities that will enable our entry-level talent to be successful throughout their careers. At the start of their career in fixed income, recent college graduates engage in a combination of classroom education, practical work experience, projects, and coaching to develop specialized skills needed to take on various roles in the business.
Our Summer Internship Program provides students (rising seniors) with 10-weeks of hands-on technical training, business exposure, networking, and classroom training. At the conclusion of the 10-week program, interns with strong performance feedback may be given an offer to return for their area’s full-time program.
Our Sophomore Externship Program provides students (rising juniors) with 2-days of immersive learning on our firm and internship programs. Participants spend 2 days at Prudential Tower participating in job shadows, case studies, group overviews, mock interviews, and networking sessions. We then allow students to interview and earn a potential internship offer between their junior and senior year.
