Eric Ealy is an executive director and West Coast relationship manager at PGIM. Based in Los Angeles, Eric is responsible for cultivating and managing key client relationships, driving multifamily loan production, and delivering tailored financing solutions to meet the needs of institutional investors and borrowers across the West Coast.
Most recently, Eric was regional director of loan production at Freddie Mac. Over his tenure, Eric originated and managed more than $50 billion in loan volume, ranking as a top producer nationwide for 10 consecutive years. Prior to this, Eric held roles at California Federal Bank and Topa Savings Bank where he gained experience in underwriting, credit analysis, and strategic business development.
Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
