Jason Violetti is an executive director at PGIM and the People Business Leader for Real Estate. In this role, he partners with business leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes aligned to the firm’s real estate platform. He is also a member of PGIM’s real estate Global Management Council.
Previously, Jason served as the HR Business Partner for PGIM Investments. Jason joined PGIM Investments in October 2018 after a 15-year career at Bank of America, where he held a range of senior HR leadership roles.
Immediately prior to joining Prudential, Jason was the HR Business Partner for the Global Banking and Markets Technology and Operations (GBAM T&O) division at Bank of America. In this role, he supported the Fixed Income Technology and Operations organizations, as well as Equities Operations, partnering closely with leaders on workforce strategy, talent management, and organizational design.
Earlier in his tenure at Bank of America, Jason held multiple HRBP roles within the Global Wealth and Investment Management division. He supported Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors across the Northeast markets and also partnered with leaders across several other lines of business, including the Commercial Bank and Global Treasury Solutions.
Jason began his career at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, where he held several roles within the Global Licensing division and the company’s Strategic Alliances group. In these positions, he focused on brand management and managed relationships with key strategic customer accounts.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
