Eric Seward

Eric Seward is Co-Managing Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the mezzanine debt and equity fund management business sponsored by PGIM. Prior to this role, he led a team responsible for marketing, originating and managing private placement and mezzanine investments in Bermuda, Delaware, Maryland, New York, Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. He joined PGIM in 2004.

Mr. Seward received a BS from University of Delaware and an MBA from University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
