Jerome Matthews, CFA, is a Managing Director and Head of Operations at PGIM Fixed Income. Previously, he was Head of Global Trade Services within the Operations & Technology Group at PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Matthews is responsible for the daily and strategic management of the Firm's operations in the U.S. and London offices. He leads the team responsible for all trade related support including confirmations, trade settlement, loan servicing, and corporate actions for all public fixed income assets. The team also provides operational support for PGIM, Inc.'s Securities Lending business. Mr. Matthews joined the Firm in 1998. He received a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
