Elyssa McMullen is the Managing Director of the Credit Tenant Lease (“CTL”) Finance group, located in Newark, and oversees CTL-related investments globally. She joined PGIM in 1998. Elyssa received a BS from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.

- Providing financing to fund the construction of a manufacturing facility leased to a public company to facilitate the manufacturing of wind turbines
- Facilitated the execution of a CTL club transaction, where proceeds are being used by the developer to construct a new industrial property to be leased by a public aerospace company
