Tania Garcia joined the Strategic Investment Research Group (“SIRG”) in September of 2023. She is responsible for trading and operations support of the asset allocation portfolios. Tania’s primary functions include pre-trade compliance, trade execution, and reconciliations. Prior to joining SIRG, Tania’s journey in the finance sector commenced in retail banking.

Tania graduated from New Jersey City University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
