Gary Horbacz, CFA

Gary Horbacz, CFA, is a Managing Director and Head of Securitized Products Research. Prior to this role, Mr. Horbacz was a credit research analyst specializing in Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS). Mr. Horbacz joined the team in 2000 following five years in the Firm’s Portfolio Management Group. Mr. Horbacz currently serves as a member of the Alternative Reference Rates Committee and recently served as a member of the Structured Finance Industry Group’s Board of Directors. Mr. Horbacz earned a BS in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
