David Alter joined PGIM Investments in July 2010 as an investment manager research analyst within the Strategic Investment Research Group (“SIRG”). Prior to joining SIRG, Mr. Alter spent five years at Prudential Retirement in various capacities including: Investment Product Development, where he developed the Institutional Select sub-advised Platform; and Product Management, where he was responsible for maintaining the firm’s $25 billion Retail Mutual Fund Platform and managing a team of two mutual fund analysts. Before joining Prudential Retirement, Mr. Alter spent two years as an investment manager research analyst at Advest, Inc. and ten years in various roles in the Managed Accounts Group at UBS PaineWebber (now UBS Financial Services, Inc.).
Mr. Alter graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in Liberal Arts.
