Port of Rotterdam diversifies funding sources with PGIM Private Capital as the lead investor

Port of Rotterdam was looking to diversify its funding profile with a private placement. In January 2023, the Company secured a €125 million Senior Unsecured private placement with split maturities in 2041 and 2043, with PGIM as the lead investor in this transaction.
