ESTABLISHED MANAGER

PGIM Real Estate has been investing in the U.S. senior housing sector through its Senior Housing Partnership fund series since 1998.

We completed our capital raise for our sixth closed-end fund in February 2020, with a total of $996 million in commitments, primarily from institutional investors.
