How long will it take to get my data once I have submitted my request?
PGIM will provide you with the status of your request after you have submitted it. If we require more time to respond, we will let you know in advance and provide you with an update on the status of your request.
How can I learn the status of my request?
PGIM will send you a message (via email or based on format request was originally received in) confirming the status of your request, including when it is completed.
