William Engelking is a Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the middle-market mezzanine debt and structured equity fund management business, sponsored by PGIM. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director of the Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, and New York Global Corporate Finance offices for PGIM, overseeing the private placement and mezzanine investment activity in those regions. He joined PGIM in 1997.
Mr. Engelking received a BBA and MBA from University of Wisconsin at Madison.
