Paul Parseghian

Paul R. Parseghian is the head of PGIM Operations and is responsible for the operations and fund administration teams supporting all products and investment capabilities across fixed income, multi-asset and quantitative solutions, private credit, public equities and real estate.

Prior to this role, he was the chief operating officer of PGIM’s fixed income business where he was responsible for operations, technology, project management and data governance. In his previous role as head of Operations & Technology for fixed income, Parseghian oversaw global operations and systems. The Operations team provided trade support, trade operations, derivatives support and portfolio administration for all fixed income sectors and products, including PGIM’s securities lending business. The Technology team developed applications for use in investment management, research, sales and client delivery, and also deployed third-party systems supporting the fixed income business. Parseghian began his career at Prudential in 1988 in investment accounting and equity operations before joining PGIM in 1994. He received a B.A. in economics from Rutgers University.
