Yuko Ikeda

Yuko Ikeda is a Vice President and the Head of Human Resources for PGIM Fixed Income. She manages a team that oversees human resources functions for PGIM Fixed Income’s businesses globally. Prior to joining the Firm in 2020, Ms. Ikeda was a senior HR business partner responsible for delivering strategic and tactical HR support to the investment platforms at Voya Investment Management (formerly ING Investment). Before joining Voya, she was with PineBridge Investments (formerly AIG Investments) where she held various positions including Head of HR for the Japan office and Global Head of HR for the traditional asset investment and business development divisions. Earlier, Ms. Ikeda held a variety of roles within GE Capital and General Instruments. She received a Master’s degree in Development Administration from Australian National University and received a BA from Keio University in Tokyo.
