Sebastiano Ferrante is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and head of Europe. Based in Frankfurt, Sebastiano is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy and oversight of PGIM Real Estate’s businesses across Europe. Based in Frankfurt, Sebastiano is a member of the Global Management Council, European Investment Committee and serves on the European Executive Council.
Previously, Sebastiano served as deputy head of Europe, responsible for European Portfolio Management, including private debt, with a focus on growing our third-party business, and all pan-European equity funds.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate in 2013, Sebastiano was co-head of Germany at Tishman Speyer, responsible for leading the properties operational platform, which comprised property management, asset management, leasing and construction management services for the fund entities.
Earlier, he was a co-founder of Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG, a Frankfurt based Commercial Real Estate Developer and Investment Management Boutique.
Between 2002 and 2006, Sebastiano was associate director at Deka Immobilien Investment where he was team leader of the Investment Department, Europe.
Sebastiano holds a diploma in psychology from Goethe Universität in Frankfurt / Main and is a graduate in Real Estate Economics (“Immobilienökonom”) at EBS Oestrich-Winkel.
