Bill Pappas is the Managing Director of the Infrastructure group and oversees the private placement activity in non-energy infrastructure debt, with a focus on North America, Europe, and Australia. He joined PGIM in 1987. William received a BS from Rutgers University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
