Jay Saunders is a portfolio manager for the natural resources and carbon solutions equity strategies, and a research analyst covering oil and gas equipment and services, metals and mining, macro commodity analysis, and distributed generation companiest. He joined Jennison in 2005. Previously, he served as a vice president on Deutsche Bank Securities' global oil team, covering North American integrated oils, independent refiners, and exploration and production companies. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Jay worked at several publications reporting on a range of oil- and energy-related topics. He earned a BA in English from the College of William and Mary and an MA in journalism from American University.
