Benton County, WA

The vineyard consists of a variety of mature, producing premium wine grapes with long-term contracts in place.

Highlands County, FL

The citrus groves consists of mature and young citrus trees mainly for the juice processing industry.  PGIM Real Estate secured a new three-year fruit contract with a large juice processor.

Kings County, CA

The pistachio development consists of young pistachio trees planted in 2014 that will begin to produce meaningful yields in the very near future.

DeKalb County, IL
