Garrett Meyers
Garrett Meyers is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Los Angeles, Garrett is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities. Garrett sources commercial real estate loans throughout the Western United States, with a focus on market rate, manufactured housing and affordable housing.
During the past decade, Garrett has developed extensive relationships with agencies, which has facilitated superior execution for his clients. He originated an array of transaction types, including new construction, rehabilitation, bridge, acquisition and refinancing, with career production volume of in excess of $7 billion.
Prior to joining the company in 2018, Garrett was assistant vice president at PNC Real Estate, where he contributed to a high-volume agency origination team that averaged $500 million in production annually.
Garrett has a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Lewis & Clark College. Garrett is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Emerging Leaders Group.
