Garrett Meyers is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for originating multifamily loans on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and FHA, as well as the company portfolio and other proprietary capital sources. Garret sources commercial real estate loans throughout the Western United States, with a focus on market rate, manufactured and affordable housing. Garrett is located in Los Angeles, California.
Over the past decade, Garrett has developed extensive relationships with the agencies, which has facilitated superior execution for his clients. He has originated an array of transaction types, including new construction, rehabilitation, bridge, acquisition and refinancing, with career production volume over $3 billion.
Prior to joining the company in 2017, Garrett served as Assistant Vice President at PNC Real Estate, where he contributed to a high-volume Agency origination team that averaged $500 million in production annually.
Garrett received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Lewis and Clark College. He is a member of NMHC's Emerging Leaders Group.
