Jeremy Keenan
Jeremy Keenan is a managing director with PGIM Real Estate and serves as a senior portfolio manager for U.S. Senior Mortgage Originations. Based in Newark, New Jersey, Jeremy is responsible for managing all aspects of the fund, including portfolio strategy, investment selection, asset management oversight and client relations.
Jeremy has served in various roles since joining PGIM Real Estate in 2011, including in asset management, transactions, portfolio management and legal.
Most recently, Jeremy was responsible for the asset management of the seven million square foot New York metro area office portfolio on behalf of PGIM Real Estate’s equity funds, where he had oversight of asset and leasing strategy for the portfolio.
Previously, Jeremy served as the Chief of Staff for the Transactions group for the real estate equity business and was responsible for expanding sourcing networks, supporting strategic initiatives, new fund launches, evaluating potential transactions, and ensuring cohesion in approach across internal deal evaluation, allocation and approval processes.
Jeremy also served as an assistant portfolio manager for U.S. Core, PGIM Real Estate’s flagship core open-ended commingled real estate fund, and as corporate counsel for PGIM Real Estate’s real estate equity business.
Before joining PGIM in 2011, Jeremy was an attorney in the real estate department of the New York office of Jones Day, specializing in real estate transactions and real estate private equity funds.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hamilton College and a J.D. from Cardozo Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
