Lee Mcneer
Lee McNeer is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Lee is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products across the southeastern U.S. on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities.
Lee has considerable experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Since joining the company in 2013, he has successfully originated and closed more than $2.7 billion in debt financing.
Previously, he was a director at Red Mortgage Capital LLC, where he served from 2004 to 2013 and was involved in the origination and closing of $1 billion in debt financing transactions. In that capacity, he provided permanent debt and equity capital solutions for owners and operators of multifamily communities in the southeastern and mid-Atlantic regions. Before Red Mortgage, he was a senior associate in the Personal Financial Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Lee has a Bachelor of Science in accounting magna cum laude with departmental honors from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a nonpracticing certified public accountant. Lee is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs, the National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. He is also Board President of CORE Wrestling, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit, focused on teaching at-risk and privileged youth commitment and confidence to positively impact their communities.
