Marlene DeLuca is a managing director at PGIM Private Alternatives and the chief marketing officer. Marlene oversees our global marketing strategy and is responsible for building marketing programs and capabilities that drive brand awareness and increase consideration and adoption among our target audience. She is a member of PGIM Real Estate’s Global Management Council and Global Operating Risk Committee.
As part of the PFI and PGIM families, PGIM Private Alternatives comprises PGIM Real Estate, PGIM Private Capital and Montana Capital Partners (mcp). PGIM Private Alternatives provides clients with seamless access to a comprehensive set of investment and financing solutions across private credit, real estate, agriculture, sustainable investing, infrastructure and private equity.
Previously, Marlene served as the Chief Marketing Officer of PGIM Real Estate where she oversaw the marketing strategy across our real estate equity and debt products globally.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Marlene was the chief marketing officer for the Funds business in the Americas at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In that role, she was responsible for creating innovative and data-driven strategies to broaden and deepen the relationships with their intermediary client base. During her tenure at J.P. Morgan, she also served as head of Global Insights, building and leading the team that was responsible for the creation and distribution of the firm’s thought leadership for both institutional and retail clients.
Marlene holds a bachelor’s degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University, and a master of business administration from Columbia University. She also holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
