Michele Levoir Sloan
Michele Levoir Sloan is an executive director with PGIM Real Estate Finance. In this role, Michele oversees the Affordable underwriting group for all multifamily affordable transactions and serves as chief underwriter for the Freddie Mac TAH program and deputy chief underwriter for the Fannie Mae DUS® program. Michele is also responsible for credit policy and loan approvals. Additionally, Michele is a MAP underwriter for the company’s FHA lending business. Michele is located in Arlington, Virginia.
Michele has significant experience in conventional and affordable housing finance and commercial real estate lending as well as real estate analysis including appraisal and market feasibility. She rejoined the company in January 2001. Previously, she served a short tenure with the Fannie Mae home office. Prior to joining the company, she worked on conduit lending at AMRESCO.
Michele began her career in finance with the WMF Group Ltd. Earlier, she held positions at Delta Associates and Arthur Anderson in Washington, D.C., where she gained primary experience in commercial appraisal and feasibility analysis of office, retail, multifamily, vacant land, and industrial properties.
Michele holds a bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
