Vish Ali
Vish Ali is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the U.S. Debt investment team. Based in Dallas, Vish is a senior leader responsible for originations and transactions oversight for U.S. core plus and high yield debt investment funds and vehicles for institutional investors.
Previously, Vish was with U.S. Bank where he was the national market manager for the Real Estate Structured Finance Group, a unit he established and founded, providing warehouse financing to clients such as CRE debt funds, mortgage REITs and finance companies. Vishalso acted as a fiduciary in managing U.S. Bank’s equity investment in Redwood Capital Finance Co., the bank’s high yield debt fund JV with Lehman Bros./PCCP, originating $3+ billion in direct project loans over the life of the fund.
Prior to U.S. Bank, Vish held leadership positions at Dallas-based Guaranty Bank heading the CRE Capital Markets Group, previously serving as a senior client manager in the Lodging Group for Paris-based Societe Generale, and initially got his banking career started with Bank of America’s Real Estate Banking Group in Dallas.
Vish holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in finance from Texas Christian University. He is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) in addition to participating in many local ULI, Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and Real Estate Council events and activities.
