Resource Reduction in Practice
Sustainability initiatives are constantly being evaluated to improve efficiency and reduce overall carbon emissions. In 2018, 78 Shenton Way, a modern office tower property in Singapore, underwent several projects to improve overall efficiency, as well as occupant experience and health and wellbeing.
In November 2016, a green building assessment was conducted at Nuevo Sur to acertain sustainability performance and opporunities including energy, water, wastes and social initiatives. In 2017 and 2018, PIIMA, PGIM Real Estate´s Latin American sustainability consultant, and joint venture partner CBRE, implemented a variety of programs.
