PGIM Managing Director, United States
Glenn Harris is a Managing Director and Senior Relationship Manager for the Institutional Relationship Group (IRG). Mr. Harris is responsible for deepening relationship coverage of chief investment officers and senior fiduciary investors in the United States as a strategic advisor. He will help PGIM’s clients address their strategic investment challenges with PGIM’s extensive resources.
Before joining PGIM in 2023, Mr. Harris served as an institutional outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) and senior client portfolio manager for SEI Investments, managing several dozen relationships across multiple market segments. Prior to that, he spent 13 years as an institutional client executive for Russell Investments, responsible for relationship management and service delivery for select defined benefit, defined contribution and nonprofit institutional clients.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Harris gained valuable defined contribution and client experience at J.P. Morgan and Dean Witter Reynolds. He earned his B.S. degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. He is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor at the College for Financial Planning and has served on numerous nonprofit committees. Mr. Harris is a current board director and investment committee member for the Ridgewood Public Library Foundation.
