4 Best REIT Characteristics For Today's Environment
In this video, Rick Romano, CFA, Head of Global Real Estate Securities examines what Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) can offer. As an asset class that's less correlated to a bond and stock portfolio, REITs provide hybrid attributes of both stocks and bonds. There has been some sell-offs in the REIT markets and valuations appear attractive relative to private real estate and relative to history. We see opportunities for active managers to add value in the REIT space through prudent stock selection.
