Stuart S. Parker

President and CEO of PGIM Investments

Stuart S. Parker is president and CEO of PGIM Investments, the worldwide distributor of retail products for PGIM, Inc., the $1 trillion global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc (PFI).

Under Parker's leadership, the company has grown to over $100 billion in assets. During this time, he has built out a global platform with the 2013 launch of the firm's UCITS suite which now includes 28 funds, and has expanded distribution to 15 countries across Europe and Asia.

Parker oversees the Strategic Investment Research Group, which provides due diligence oversight for third-party investment managers across PFI platforms. Previously, he headed up Jennison Associates' retail sub advisory relationships and PGIM's retail distribution. He also spent 14 years at Citigroup Asset Management as head of nonproprietary retail distribution. Parker holds a bachelor's degree from Rollins College and an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. He is a board member of the Investment Company Institute as well as president and a director of PGIM Funds.

Mark B. Baribeau, CFA

Managing Director, Head of Global Equity, and Portfolio Manager for Jennison Associates

Mark Baribeau, CFA, is a managing director, head of global equity, and a global equity portfolio manager. Mark joined Jennison Associates in April 2011.

Previously, he was with Loomis, Sayles & Company for more than 21 years, where he was lead portfolio manager for the Global Equity Opportunities strategy, beginning in 2005. In addition, he managed large-cap growth portfolios from 1992 to 2010, serving as lead manager from 1999 to 2010. Prior to his tenure at Loomis Sayles, Mark was an economist at John Hancock Financial Services.

Mark received a BA in economics from the University of Vermont and an MA from the University of Maryland. He has a CFA designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the National Association of Business Economists.

Brian Ahrens

Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Investment Research Group (SIRG), PGIM Investments

Brian Ahrens is a senior vice president and head of the Strategic Investment Research Group (SIRG) at PGIM Investments. He and his staff focus on investment consulting, portfolio construction, and risk oversight activities. Currently, the team consults on over $370 billion in total assets.*

Brian is also part of a portfolio management team that manages asset allocation strategies totaling over $42 billion in assets.* His responsibilities include portfolio risk oversight, manager fulfillment, and the allocation of assets among multi-manager sleeves. He has been with the company for over 25 years.

Brian earned his MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He graduated from James Madison University with a double major in finance and German.
