Billy Greer, CPA, is the Managing Director of the Atlanta Corporate Finance office and oversees the private placement and mezzanine activity in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. He joined PGIM in 1997. Billy received BS from Florida A&M, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
