Ingrida Soldatova is an Executive Director in the Power group, located in Dallas. She leads a team responsible for marketing, originating, and managing investments in structured and corporate finance for electric utilities, power cooperatives, and power projects based in Western US, Mid-Atlantic, Canada, and Australia. She joined PGIM in 2007. Ingrida received a BS from Rutgers University and an MA from Columbia University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

- Provided $60 million of senior secured notes to Rougaroux Power Holdings, LLC, an indirect owner of a 192 MW operating hydroelectric project located in Louisiana.
- Completed a $75 million construction and term financing for a portfolio of solar projects in Southeast and Northeast
