Kathy Sayko leads PGIM’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and Prudential Financial, Inc.’s (PFI) Culture and Inclusion team. In her dual role, Sayko is responsible for designing and executing the culture change agenda for PFI while driving the behavior and process changes required to strengthen PFI’s position as a global and diversified financial services company. At PGIM, she is responsible for developing strategic inclusion initiatives, which include recruiting and retention efforts, working with internal and external advocacy and affinity organizations and partnering with investment industry leaders to advance equity and inclusivity across the industry.

Sayko is an active industry advocate for DEI and serves as an advisor to several industry organizations, including the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) and Investment Company Institute (ICI) and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Integrate Autism Employment Advisors.

Prior to joining PFI in 2011, Sayko was with JP Morgan (JPM) Chase for 17 years, most recently, in their Diversified Investment Banking Coverage group and has also held leadership roles in JPM’s Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance and Loan Capital Markets businesses.

Sayko holds an MBA in finance from New York University Stern School of Business, and a B.A. in computer science from James Madison University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
