Transaction demonstrates PGIM’s continued momentum and focus on scaling its asset-based finance platform
NEWARK, N.J., Aug. 20, 2026 – PGIM, the $1.5 trillion global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU), has committed to a three-year forward-flow facility with GreenSky, LLC and certain affiliates (GreenSky) involving consumer home improvement assets, with a forecasted total purchase volume of approximately $3 billion.
