Kerisa Kauer is an Executive Director of Agricultural Finance at PGIM. In this role, her focus is on expanding the company's footprint in agricultural real estate finance. She brings over 20 years of expertise in working with sophisticated corporate clients, delivering long-term financial solutions that help agribusinesses thrive across decades.
Prior to joining PGIM, Kerisa served as Vice President at Tiverton, where she headed business development efforts for credit and equity opportunities in agriculture nationwide. During her tenure, she successfully added more than $60 million to the firm's portfolio and spearheaded networking initiatives targeted toward executive leadership. Earlier, she was an Associate Director at MetLife, generating substantial loan volume in the Pacific Northwest market for food and agribusiness.
Before her time at MetLife, Kerisa spent 17 years at Northwest Farm Credit Services. She held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Agribusiness, where she managed a $120 million loan portfolio and mentored a team of real estate loan originators.
Kerisa holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, and bachelor's degrees in International Business and Spanish from Whitworth University.
