Jason Richardson is the Managing Director of the Dallas, Mexico City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sydney Global Corporate Finance offices for PGIM, overseeing the private placement and mezzanine investment activity in those regions. He is also a Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the middle-market mezzanine debt and structured equity fund management business, sponsored by PGIM. Prior to this role, he was Managing Director of Los Angeles Global Corporate Finance office, overseeing investment activity in the Southwestern U.S. He joined PGIM in 2001.
Mr. Richardson received a BA from Rice University and an MBA from University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
