Roben Dunkin is the Head of PGIM Technology and is responsible for driving PGIM’s technology and innovation strategy, accelerating data collaboration, modernizing PGIM’s technology stack and overseeing PGIM’s shared operations functions. She is also responsible for several critical initiatives, including PGIM's central data architecture and governance, deploying robotics and automation and enhancing cost efficiency and risk controls across the organization.
Previously, Roben spent 12 years at Credit Suisse where she held various global leadership roles including Head of US IT, and Head of EMEA IT, with oversight on the regional IT portfolio and operational and cybersecurity risk. She was also the Global Head of Client Technology, responsible for delivering new and innovative solutions for institutional research, distribution and supporting clients’ needs. Prior to Credit Suisse, Roben was the Global Head of Sales and Investment Banking Technology at Lehman Brothers, driving the evolution of sales performance reporting, the investment banking platform and client relationship management.
In addition to her role at PGIM, Roben also serves as a member of the Management Advisory Board of Virginia Tech Pamplin School of Business, Ireland US Council, PGIM ESG Council and advisor to PruVen, the capital partner to Prudential Financial, Inc. She was also recognized as Finovate’s Executive of the Year (2024), Waters Technology Woman of the Year (2022) and a Champion for Women at the 2015 Women in Banking and Finance Awards.
