Marie Fioramonti is a Managing Director and Head of Global Corporate Finance for PGIM. She oversees all Global Corporate Finance investment activity conducted through 15 global offices. She is also a Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the middle-market mezzanine debt and structured equity fund management business, sponsored by PGIM. Prior to this role, she was Managing Director of all Corporate Finance investment activity outside the US and Canada, headed the private credit platform's Infrastructure investment arm, and managed its Impact Investment group.
Ms. Fioramonti received an AB from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA from Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania.
