Roma Wilkinson

Roma Wilkinson is an Investment Analyst and ESG Specialist for PGIM Fixed Income, based in London. Ms. Wilkinson is focused on ESG integration and undertakes sector, thematic, and issuer level ESG research across all fixed income asset classes and regions, with secondary sector coverage of Materials, Industrials and Aviation. She is involved in maintaining and enhancing the Firm’s proprietary framework for evaluating ESG-labeled bond issuances and its ESG ratings methodology for corporate, sovereign, and municipal issuers. She also develops new proprietary tools to be used in PGIM FI's ESG strategies and is responsible for analysis of the impacts to portfolios from new client ESG requirements or policy changes. Prior to joining the Firm in 2025, Ms. Wilkinson received a BSc in Mathematics with Honors from Edinburgh University.
