The investment objective of the PGIM Jennison NextGeneration Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") is to seek long-term growth of capital. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in equity and equity-related securities of small to middle capitalisation companies located around the world. Jennison Associates has determined that the Fund qualifies as a Light Green Fund, which seeks to comply with the principles of Article 8 of the SFDR. The Fund will incorporate environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) factors into its investment process and promotes sustainability characteristics by maintaining a weighted average carbon intensity that is at least 50% lower than that of the MSCI All Country World SMID Cap Index. Please see the Company’s Fund Documents as defined below for additional information. The Fund reclassified from Article 6 to Article 8 on 16 August 2022.
