Brett Blasingame is a vice president at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Seattle, Brett is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities.
In the past 16 years, Brett has been in various roles at the company, assisting with the origination and underwriting of commercial and multifamily mortgages. He has served in PGIM Real Estate’s San Francisco and Washington, D.C., offices and been directly involved in more than $5 billion in loan production.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Brett was in the corporate stock plan group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, on the top-rated financial advising team in the United States.
Brett has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University.
