Carter Moore

Carter Moore is a Loan Officer at PGIM Real Estate.  Based in Denver, Carter is responsible for multifamily loan originations throughout the United States. Carter specializes in permanent debt financing through Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and FHA, as well as PGIM Real Estate’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities. Additionally, he has a lending relationship with several correspondents.

Since joining PGIM Real Estate in 2016, Carter has focused on originating and underwriting an array of transaction types including acquisition, rehabilitation, lease-up, stabilized, bridge, and credit facilities. Over the past 8 years Carter has reviewed 1000+ transactions, which led to $4.3 billion in commercial loan originations.

Prior to joining the company, Carter was at Deloitte as a consultant specializing in financial serveries.

Carter has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dickinson College, where he was also a member of the Dickinson varsity lacrosse team. Carter is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
