Dean Joseph Deonaldo is a senior director at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the Investment Research team. He interned from June 2013 to June 2014 before becoming an analyst.
Based in Newark, New Jersey, Dean is responsible for providing analysis and market briefings on property markets across real estate sectors and major cities in support of investment decisions.
Dean is also a member of PGIM Real Estate’s Global Tech Strategy team whose mission is to link disruptive technology trends to business and investment decision-making.
Dean has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from Rutgers University and is pursuing an MBA from New York University.
