Nicole Pedro is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate Agricultural Finance. In this role, she is responsible for setting underwriting criteria, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, training, and monitoring the agricultural loan portfolio for investors. Nicole is located in Roseville, California.
Nicole joined the company in 2005 as an investment analyst, a role in which she was responsible for performing credit analyses for loan originations and monitoring the credit risk of existing loans in the company's agricultural mortgage portfolio. Prior to her current role, Nicole was responsible for agricultural loan originations within northern California and the Pacific Northwest. She has extensive experience providing financing to a wide variety of agricultural operations including vineyards, wineries, orchards, and annual crops.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance, both from the University of California at Davis.
