Sophie Higgs

Sophie Higgs is a senior investment associate at PGIM Real Estate.  Based in Los Angeles, Sophie is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and Structured debt investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Sophie focuses on client relationships based in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and San Diego.

Most recently, Sophie supported structured debt originations efforts for new mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments across the Western U.S.

Sophie has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Sophie is a founding member of Arche Women’s Network.
