Tom Pollock is a vice president at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Atlanta, Tom is responsible for multifamily loan origination activities in the Southeast region, specializing in permanent debt financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, as well as PGIM Real Estate’s capital sources and bridge loan capabilities.
Since joining PGIM Real Estate in 2014, Tom has assumed various roles, assisting with the origination and underwriting of an array of transaction types, including stabilized, rehabilitation, lease-up, bridge, acquisition and refinancing. Prior to becoming a loan officer, Tom managed PGIM Real Estate’s proprietary Bridge Lending program, where he oversaw the origination of more than $2.2 billion in bridge loans.
Earlier in his career, Tom was at SunTrust Bank as a portfolio specialist underwriter specializing in debt and equity products in the bank’s low-income housing tax credit program.
Tom has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from James Madison University, where he was also a member of the JMU Dukes Varsity Soccer team. Tom received a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University. Tom is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and a National Multifamily Housing Council Emerging Leader.
