As an executive director with PGIM Real Estate, Ralph originates permanent and construction financing for multifamily and senior housing properties. Ralph has established himself as one of the nation's preeminent specialists in multifamily finance with an emphasis on Agency – HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. His career production exceeds 30,000 multifamily units and over $2 Billion in transaction volume.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Ralph was a senior managing director at Walker & Dunlop, where he spent eight years specializing in Agency Finance covering multifamily, affordable and senior healthcare properties. Before then, Ralph was a principal at PGIM Real Estate, formerly Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he began his career and was responsible for financing over 10,000 multifamily units.
In 2016, Housing Wire Magazine recognized Ralph with the Rising Star Award for his contribution as one of 50 young leaders energizing the nation's housing economy.
A Colorado native, Ralph holds a BS in Finance/Business Administration from The University of Colorado at Boulder. Ralph lives in Denver with his wife and two children.
